Last year Israeli human rights organisation @YeshDin released a detailed legal analysis by @sfardm that drew the conclusion that Israel rule over the West Bank constitutes apartheid. You can read that here.
Many people & organisations will vehemently object to these conclusions. However these papers are written by Israeli citizens working for change in the country in which they live. They deserve to be read, discussed, and engaged with in a serious manner.
Dismissing them outright is an excuse to ignore the question which needs answering: how has the situation become so bad, that this is the conclusion that some organisations and individuals that have worked on these issues for years, are now drawing?”
